Korean express is a channel independently developed by hundreds of packages, providing DDU service to customers. It will arrive at Korea airport within one day to complete customs clearance and deliver goods to local express.

The weight limit of single channel is 300kgs, and the size is not more than 140 * 120 * 180cm; kr-yh single piece is not more than 80 * 80cm, carton is not more than 80kg / piece, and wooden box is not more than 120kg / piece. Log packing and unpackaged goods are not acceptable.

Billing weight

Compare the actual weight with the volume weight, take the heavier one as the billing weight; the volume calculation formula: length (CM) × width (CM) × height (CM) / 6000; if the size exceeds 140 × 70 × 55cm, and the single weight exceeds 30kgs, the delivery fee shall be separately confirmed

This channel requires 100% declaration of invoice and actual goods;

Prohibited articles (including but not limited to): dangerous goods, chemicals, weapons, knives, pure electricity, liquid, powder, fresh, tobacco, medicine, food, counterfeit or infringing articles, flammable and explosive corrosive products, optical discs, arms and weapons and other articles restricted by IATA.


Declaration requirements

(1) Declaration: Customs will be exempted from customs duties if the declared value of sample goods is lower than USD150 (electronic products with more than 5kg of goods or products with excessive quantity of non electronic products are prohibited to declare under USD150)

(2) Live plug or built-in rechargeable and recyclable electrical products, such as LED lights or chargers with a large number of products, the receiver needs to provide KC compulsory safety certification during customs clearance in Korea

(3) Electric vehicle products can only be sent out one at a time. If one ticket has more than one receiver, please provide KC certification for customs clearance. If the goods cannot be provided, our company will not be responsible for the withholding of customs. We can suggest that more than one recipient receive one ticket

(4) Mobile power supply (which can be connected to millet) needs KC compulsory safety certification when customs clearance in Korea (less than 2 samples, direct customs clearance, without KC)

(5) Batteries: dry batteries, UAV batteries, button batteries do not need to provide KC certification

(6) The machine with plug has a large quantity. If KC certification cannot be provided, one machine will be issued at a time according to the ticket (avoiding the requirement of KC certification)

(7) Those with Bluetooth or infrared wireless devices need KC certification, such as Bluetooth speaker, Bluetooth headset, Bluetooth self timer (less than 2 samples, direct customs clearance, without KC)

(8) Safety certification shall be provided for products directly in contact with infants and human body, such as: balloon plush toys (less than 2 samples, direct customs clearance, without certification)

(9) When the utensils that come into contact with food or contain food, such as tea cups, bowls, chopsticks, pots, spoons and other tableware series are sent to Korea, the receiving customers need to provide food safety inspection and certification

(10) Make in China must be on the product goods; if not, it can be pasted by yourself; textile products must be sewn up, such as clothing, etc

In the above cases, if the customs inspects the goods, it must provide certification before customs clearance.


Return reassignment service

This channel provides secondary delivery service, but does not provide the service of returning South Korea to Hong Kong.

① If the package is returned to the overseas warehouse, it can be repatriated to Korea at a cost of 50 RMB per ticket;

② The re dispatch period is two weeks, i.e. within two weeks after notifying the customer that the package is returned, the customer can choose to resend the package. If there is no reply, the package will be destroyed by default after more than two weeks. The destruction charge is subject to the actual charge in South Korea.

This channel cannot send FBA warehouse address and military address.

Compensation standard


Query time limit:
The application must be submitted within 30 days after the delivery of thousands of packages, and will not be accepted after 30 days.
Claim criteria:
Customers should follow the principle of "inquiry first and claim later". After our company confirms to accept the claim, they can get compensation according to the following standards:
01; if the goods are lost during the period from our company to the service provider, we will refund the freight (full freight, including registration fee) after confirming the loss of the goods; in addition, compensation will be made according to the declared value, up to 200 RMB / ticket.
02. If the goods are lost after arriving at the service provider, we will not refund the freight (full freight, including registration fee) and compensate according to the declared value, and the maximum amount is 200rmb / ticket. Claim information requirements:
02; the package is lost in the transit process of our company, that is, the terminal service provider has not picked it up, so there is no need to provide proof
01; if the service provider confirms that it is lost, it needs to provide ① Online refund screenshot of the platform
② If the goods are reissued without refund, the online transaction screenshot + dispute content + reissue order number shall be submitted


Operation process

Operation process:
01 Korea special line will go through the process of record review. All products that need to go through the Korea special line need to go to the customs clearance system to record the SKU. After filing, the customs staff will review the SKU
Requirements: the declaration must be consistent with the physical object, otherwise the package will be fastened and returned. If the customer declaration is inconsistent with the physical object, our company will not be responsible for any customs clearance problems.
02 log in the order system of thousands of packages and forecast on the Internet; 03 print the label and stick it on the package. Fill in or print the handover list;
01 packing requirements: the corresponding logistics product, customer code and bag number shall be marked on the outer bag;
